The LMP-24M snake-arm lamp by Danray Products is the most high-quality, heavy-duty lamp for industrial use that I have come across in my 40+ years working with and around industrial machinery. This is an industrial strength, perfectly designed lamp for any work space that needs an adjustable lamp. I used numerous extendable arm lamps that would only last about a year before the lamp position would no longer stay set to where I put it. This lamp is a bit pricey compared to those but it is well worth the saving in aggravation - you set it and stays where you put it - and it looks good too. Love it!
